What is the Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items can be returned with Thirty days of receiving the item. However we aren't the original seller so you must contact and/or refer to the main sellers terms for returns individually.

Requirements to get a Money back refund

More often than not these are the basic requirements for a full refund.

  • Items ought to be in new condition
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Media items (for instance, movies, music, video games, and software) must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap
  • Musical instruments, televisions, and electronic devices must have a UPC or serial number
  • Shoes and clothing must be unworn

Freight Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers

In order to return a large or bulky item which was delivered using a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), go to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will direct you through the returns process and may require you to contact our specialized customer care team, which may schedule the pickup of the item.

Note: Don't refuse the delivery of the item. To make sure that the return and refund are processed correctly.

Cancel Pickup Request

After the UPS pickup is requested, you cannot cancel that request until following the first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will make up to three pickup attempts. Following the first pickup attempt, you may call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure to have your tracking number handy.
